What is your return policy?

Once your CCB Book has shipped, the sale is considered final. In limited situations, we may be able to accept a return for a NASCLA manual if the book remains in its original, unopened plastic packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my tracking number shows my CCB Book was delivered, but I cannot locate it?

If your tracking number indicates that your CCB Book has been delivered but you are unable to locate the package, we recommend first contacting your local USPS office or submitting a "Missing Mail" request online using the tracking number that was provided when your order shipped.

If the package cannot be located after 5 business days, we can offer 50% off a replacement CCB manual.

If you selected Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express as your shipping method, we are able to file a claim with USPS on your behalf. Once the claim has been accepted and processed by USPS, we will ship a replacement manual.

Please note that we are unable to cover packages that are lost due to theft or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. In these situations, responsibility remains with the purchaser.

May I take the PSI final CCB exam online or in-person?

Yes. You have the choice to take the CCB exam via Remote Proctoring from your home, or in-person at a local PSI Test Center. You will select your preferred method when scheduling your appointment through PSI Exams.

When is the 3rd Edition Oregon NASCLA Manual being released, and how often is it updated?

The Oregon NASCLA 2nd Edition remains the current authorized material for the state exam. The CCB generally updates the manual every 2 to 3 years to stay current with legislative changes. We recommend using the edition currently specified by the CCB to ensure your study material matches the test questions.

How long do I have to complete the 16-hour course and take the exam?

You typically have 2 years from the date of purchase to complete your training and pass the exam. However, if the CCB implements a major manual update or legislative change, this window may be shortened to ensure you are tested on the most current laws. We recommend completing your exam within 6 months of study for the best results.

Is the exam available in languages other than English?

Yes. The exam is available in both English and Spanish. Please indicate your language preference when filling out your 16-hour course completion form so we can ensure your eligibility is filed correctly with the testing center.
